| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purposed of this Rulemaking is For the State Board of Pharmacy to consider the permanent adoption of changes to the existing Board Rules that were temporarily suspended during the emergency adoption of Rule 30.00.00. The Board must also consider repealing Rule 3.04.00 (Colorado Cancer Drug Repository Program) subsequent to the approval of Colorado Senate Bill 19-081, which repeals the statutory provisions and basis of Rule 3.04.00. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these rule revisions are to permanently adopt Rule 30.00.00 (COVID-19 Health Response Rule) and repeal Rule 3.04.00 (Colorado Cancer Drug
Repository Program) subsequent to the approval of Colorado Senate Bill 19-081,
which repeals the statutory provisions and basis of Rule 3.04.00. |
