To cleanup a procedural error concerning the process for making final an administrative action taken by the Division of Housing against a registration/certification; and establish the process for distributing funds obtained under a letter of credit, certificate of deposit, or surety bond and the formula for pro rating the total amount of the letter of credit, certificate of deposit, or surety bond if there is more than one verified claimant. |

The Division conducted stakeholder meetings on May 27th and June 9th, 2020, to inform the drafting of these proposed rules for consideration at a rulemaking hearing that took place at Noon on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. The rulemaking hearing was conducted remotely through Google Meet. The instructions for participating remotely was shared with the public.
Stakeholders were invited and encouraged to submit written testimony for consideration prior to the rulemaking hearing by directing their written testimony to the State Housing Board and emailing it to maulid.miskell@state.co.us by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 29, 2020. Stakeholders were also welcomed to participate during the rulemaking hearing by providing verbal testimony and/or written testimony for the State Housing Board's consideration. |
