| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Emergency rules 5.8, 6.15.1, 7.3, and 7.5 are imperatively necessary to comply with a state law or for the preservation of public health, safety, or welfare, and compliance with the requirements of the State Administrative Procedure Act to conduct a rulemaking hearing would be contrary to the public interest for the following reason:
- to ensure compliance with the executive order and to address an important procedural error identified in the current administrative rules. |
