The Executive Director of the Department of Local Affairs authorized the promulgation and issuance of emergency rules 5.8 and 6.15.1 adopted by the State Housing Board, in order to implement section II.E of Executive Order D 2020 015 issued by Governor Jared Polis on March 25, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 epidemic in our state. |
