Update procedures for self-insured pools to pay required annual surcharge. This process will also serve as the required annual review for the surcharge amounts and life-expectancy tables; however, no changes are being proposed for those topics. The Director will accept public comment on the proposed changes to Rule 2-5, the surcharge amounts and the life expectancy tables in Rule 7-4. |
