Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Consider adopting, on an emergency basis, revisions to Regulation Number 8, Part B, to bridge the gap between when the temporary rule expires on
February 13, 2020 and when the permanent rule becomes effective. The revisions clarify the existing requirement to inspect single-family residential
dwellings. These revisions are identical to those that will be considered in the permanent rulemaking hearing, as well as those that were adopted temporarily
during an October 16, 2019 emergency rulemaking hearing. |
