| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the emergency rulemaking was for the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations to implement HB19-1174, as it relates to the
disclosure requirements to covered persons about the potential effects of receiving emergency or nonemergency services from an out-of-network provider or
at an out-of-network facility. The rules are effective January 1, 2020 in compliance with HB19-1174. |
