| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Chapters 1, 3, 5, 9, 10, and 11 of the personnel director’s administrative procedures for the Division of Human Resources, found at 4 CCR 801-1. The rules are being promulgated primarily to address matters concerning Employment, Payroll Deduction, Compensation, Time Off, Fair Employment Practices, personal Services Agreements, and Supplement State Contribution Program. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
A) Modification of Chapter 1 & 10, Employment, Definitions, Payroll Deduction, and Personal Services Agreements
B) Modification of Chapter 3, Compensation rules, to address the Fair Labor Standards Act and Overtime calculations;
C) Modification of Chapter 5,Time Off rules, to clarify holiday leave, and unpaid leave; and
D) Modification of Chapter 9, Fair Employment Practices rules, repealing Procedure 9-7 concerning the Director’s authority.
E) Modification of /Chapter 11, Supplement State Contribution Program |
