| Description of Subjects/Issues |
New Rule 135 (Rules and Regulations Regarding Substance Use Prevention Training for License Renewal, Reactivation, or Reinstatement) was adopted by the Board as an emergency rule on November 21, 2019, pursuant to section 24-4-103(6), C.R.S., in order to implement SB19-228.
The purpose of this rulemaking is for the Board to consider whether to adopt new Rule 135 on a permanent basis to implement SB19-228. |
