| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed rulemaking is for the Director to implement House
Bill 19-1174, as it relates to disclosure requirements by health care providers to
covered persons about the effects of receiving emergency or nonemergency
services from an out-of-network provider or at an out-of-network facility. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this new rule is to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1174, as it relates to the disclosure requirements to covered persons regarding the potential effects of receiving emergency or nonemergency services from an out-of-network provider or at an out-of-network facility. |
