Description of Subjects/Issues |
Modification of Rule on Revocation of Certification. Added verbiage reflecting new type of revocation of certification for finding of untruthfulness. Clarified prima facie evidence requirement for criminal conviction for certain offenses, or entering into certain agreements for said offenses. Removed references to appeals as this information now exists in rule 5. |
