Modification of Rule on "Hearings". Making clarifications to remove gender pronouns and overall clarity. Adding descriptions of the appeal process for decisions made by POST Director, descriptions of Revocation of Certification for certain criminal offenses and entry into certain legal agreements and detailing the process for decertification for findings of untruthfulness. |
