Description of Subjects/Issues |
To implement Colorado Senate Bill 19-228, the Colorado Podiatry Board must adopt rules
that will require podiatrists to complete up to four hours of substance use disorder training as a condition of renewal, reactivation, or reinstating licensure. The proposed revisions are in Rule 120 (License Reinstatement and the Demonstration of Continued Professional Competence), Rule 140 (License Renewal Procedures), and Rule 150 (Ongoing Professional Development). |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
