Description of Subjects/Issues To implement Colorado Senate Bill 19-228, the Colorado Dental Board must consider adopting rules that will require dentists and dental hygienists to complete up to four hours of substance use disorder training as a condition of renewal, reactivation, or reinstating licensure.
