Stakeholders were engaged in the process of drafting these proposed rules. Stakeholders were also invited to provide feedback in the form of written or verbal testimony in response to the proposed recommended new rules at a permanent rulemaking hearing took place on November 1, 2019. Those comments were considered by the Director of the Division of Housing before adopting the proposed rules as amended on November 8, 2019. |
