| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the State Board of Optometry to consider the proposed changes to Rule 1.8 and adding rule 1.22, to implement Senate Bill 19-228. There is also an amendment to update the name of the Board from the "State Board of Optometric Examiners," to the "State Board of Optometry" in conformity with legislative references to this Board. |
