The purpose of this NOPR is to fulfill the requirement in Senate Bill (SB) 19-236, codified at § 40-2-134, C.R.S. (Section 134), that requires the Commission to adopt rules that address application filings from wholesale electric cooperatives for Commission approval of their integrated or electric resource plans (ERPs). |

On March 10, 2020, the Commission issued a decision adopting rules revisions. Applications for rehearing, reargument or reconsideration were filed on March 30, 2020 and on April 28, 2020 the Commission granted in part, and denied in part the applications. A 2nd round of applications for rehearing, reargument or reconsideration were due by May 18, 2020 and no applications were filed. The rules became final May 18, 2020. |
