Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the Rulemaking Hearing is for the Commission to consider whether to adopt changes to the following rules on a permanent basis:
The proposed new Rules: 1.8, 2.10, 10.1, 13.8, 14.2(D), 15.1, and 15.2.;
Proposed amendments to existing Rules: 1.1, 1.2, 1.7, 2.1, 2.5(A), 2.9(B), 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 2.15, 2.16, 2.17, 2.18, 2.19, 2.20, 3.3(B), 3.4(A), 5.1, 5.4, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 7.1, 7.2, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9, 8.10, 8.11, 8.12, 8.13, 8.14, 10.1, 11.3(D), 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, 13.2, 13.3(C), 13.4, 13.5, 13.6, 13.7, 13.9, 14.1, 14.15, 14.16, and 14.17; and
whether to repeal Rules: 6.6, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 8.6, and 12.2, and 13.1(C).
The Commission is considering these proposed changes to update the rules to ensure the safety of the participants, general clean-up, and to create a pathway to licensure for veterans and members of the military.
