4-2-42 CONCERNING ESSENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS - The purpose of this regulation is to establish rules for the required inclusion of the essential health benefits in individual and small group health benefit plans in accordance with Article 16 of Title 10 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-148, 124 Stat. 119 (2010) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-152, 124 Stat. 1029 (2010), together referred to as the “Affordable Care Act” (ACA). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
