| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule change is several fold. First, the rule change addresses the Division’s need to raise fees related to inspections and plan reviews under Section 11.2, which is necessary in order for the Division to defray the anticipated costs of the program.
Second, this rule change updates section 6.3.6 for underground fire protection system supply lines to include underground supply lines for a private water supply system.
Third, this rule change adds specific requirements for registration for Fire Suppression System Contractors-Underground under Section 3.8. |
