| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule change is to update and clarify the provisions in the rule pertaining to auditing and inspection following grant awards. Further, in order to increase consistency across DFPC’s rules, this rule change updates the provisions regarding inquiries to the Division and removes the provision regarding severability. |
