Statutory Authority |
Section 24-33.5-1203.5, C.R.S. |
Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule change is to repeal the rule in its entirety. In 2016, House Bill 16-1034 changed the name of “first responders” to “emergency medical responders” and transferred the
registration program for the emergency medical responders from Department of Public Safety to
the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). Certification of emergency medical
responders is now controlled by rules promulgated by the Board of Health at 8 CCR 1015-3
(Emergency Medical Services). Therefore, 8 CCR 1507-16 is now superseded and obsolete. |
