| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate provisions regarding the Hazardous Materials Responder Voluntary Certification Program. Previously, the Hazardous Materials Responder Voluntary Certification Program was addressed in 8 CCR 1507-10. In order to reduce redundancy and increase efficiency, that rule has now been repealed and its content incorporated into this rule. As amended here, 8 CCR 1507-3 will now address both the Firefighter and the Hazardous Materials Responder Voluntary Certification Programs and the title of the rule is amended accordingly. |
