Description of Subjects/Issues |
Pursuant to SB 19-181, the Commission is proposing necessary changes to its 500 Series Rules so that administrative law judges and hearing officers may preside over hearing matters and issue recommended orders to the Commission. Additionally, the Commission is proposing to adopt in the 500 Series Rules SB 19-181’s statutory language concerning the evidentiary requirements for pooling and drilling and spacing unit applications. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Pursuant to SB 19-181, the Commission adopted necessary changes to its
500 Series Rules so that administrative law judges and hearing officers may
preside over hearing matters and issue recommended orders to the Commission.
Additionally, the Commission adopted in the 500 Series Rules SB 19-
181’s statutory language concerning the evidentiary requirements for pooling and
drilling and spacing unit applications. |
