| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Emergency regulation adoption to reflect changes made to the federal framework for migratory bird regulations in 2019. The adopted regulations reflect the upcoming 2019-2020 migratory bird seasons and are the result of an annual review of the entire chapter related to migratory birds. The adoption of these emergency regulations is imperatively necessary to comply with federal law, specifically C.F.R. Title 50, Part 20, as well as to meet federal season selection deadlines. |
