| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the emergency rulemaking hearing held on January 24, 2019 was for the Division Director to clarify in rule the meaning of “substantially equivalent” as set forth in section 12-8-118(1)(a), C.R.S. The emergency rulemaking hearing was held pursuant to section 24-4-103(6), C.R.S., as the immediate adoption of the amendments to this rule is imperatively necessary for the preservation of public welfare and compliance with the requirements of section 24-4-103(3), C.R.S., would be contrary to the public interest. |
