| Statutory Authority |
§ 22-43.7-106(2)(i)(I) C.R.S., the Public School Capital Construction Assistance Board may promulgate rules, in accordance with Article 4 of Title 24, C.R.S., as are necessary and proper for the administration of the BEST Act. |
| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Currently Rule 8.2.6. reads: Upon completion of a new school, major renovation or addition Project, the Grantee shall affix a permanent sign that reads: “Funding for this school was provided through the Building Excellent Schools Today Program from School Trust Lands,” unless waived in writing by the Division.
Division staff recommends updating the language to make it more current. |
