| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
On June 19, 2018, the Secretary temporarily adopted amendments to Rule 18.2. New Rule 18.2 concerning written complaints is necessary to ensure enforcement of Colorado’s campaign finance laws and uniform application of the law throughout the state. Please see the attached Notice of Adoption (includes statements of basis and justification). |
