Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider a new Regulation Number 20 incorporating specific provisions of the California low emission vehicle standards for new light-duty and medium-duty motor vehicles sold in Colorado beginning in the 2022 model year. The proposed rule has no impact on heavy-duty vehicles, non-road (construction and agricultural) equipment or used vehicles. The Commission will also consider requiring aftermarket replacement catalytic converters to meet California standards.
The Commission will not consider any proposals regarding a Zero Emissions Vehicle (ZEV) mandate as part of this hearing. |
