| Description of Subjects/Issues |
This rulemaking is a direct result of HB 18-1269 concerning notice to parents of alleged
criminal conduct by school employees, which prohibited the State Board of Education from
waiving any statute or rule relating to any provisions of section 22-1-130, relating to
notification to parents of alleged criminal conduct by charter school employees. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This rulemaking is a direct result of HB 18-1269 concerning notice to parents of alleged criminal conduct by school employees. HB 18-1269 prohibited the State Board of Education from waiving any statute or rule relating to any provisions of section 22-1-130, pertaining to notification to parents of alleged criminal conduct by charter school employees. The rules have been updated to reflect these statutory changes. |
