| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the notice of rulemaking for the Rules for the Colorado English
Language Proficiency Act (ELPA) 1 CCR 301-10 is to incorporate legislative changes
made to the statute during the 2018 Colorado legislative session. Amendments to the
ELPA State Board of Education rules include technical clean up and rule modifications
to ELPA SBE Rule 3.00(4) Fund Distribution. |
