| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Please see the attached Notice of Temporary Adoption (includes statements of basis and justification). The Secretary of State is temporarily adopting amendments to Rule 18.2 concerning written complaints. The amendments are necessary to ensure enforcement of Colorado’s campaign finance laws and uniform application of the law throughout the state. |
