The purpose of the rulemaking is to make the rules easier to read and understand while updating the rules to reflect changes in Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s (“CPW”) regulations. Other changes include: clarifying and updating language; and updating the numbering system to be consistent with other Department rules. |
