| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The State Housing Board is considering a proposed new rule, which will include amended language from what was previously considered Resolution 10 (8 CCR 1302-4), Resolution 34 (8 CCR 1302-12), Resolution 35 (8 CCR 1302-11), Resolution 36 (8 CCR 1302-8), and Resolution 38 (8 CCR 1302-7). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Repeal Resolutions 10 (8 CCR 1302-4), 34 (8 CCR 1302-12), 35 (8 CCR 1302-11), 36 (8 CCR 1302-8), and 38 (8 CCR 1302-7), and update and recodify them into a new set of rules (8 CCR 1302-14). |
