A previous version of Chapter W-1 – Fishing which was approved in November 2017 and was to become effective April 1, 2018 did not include later regulatory changes that were approved by the Parks and Wildlife Commission in January 2018, to become effective March 2, 2018. The difference in effective dates is due the licensing year for recreational fishing vs. other misc. fishing regulations listed in W-1. This filing correction includes both updates to Chapter W-1, to clarify that the changes becoming effective April 1, 2018, do not over-write or eliminate the changes approved in January 2018. |
