Amend the work-search requirements to bring them more in line with the way individuals seek work in today’s job market and add activities that would be considered an active work search. The proposal eliminates the details spelled out in how to keep a record of the job contacts because that methodology is dated given today's technology. |

Stakeholder feedback was requested and received before the Notice of Hearing was filed. Changes were made to the proposed rules based on the feedback. Additional feedback was received before and during the hearing. Based on the feedback, changes were made to sections 2.8.4.1, 2.8.4.2. and 2.8.4.5. A decision was also made to not strike most of the paragraphs included in 2.8.4.4. |
