| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amend rules associated with unemployment insurance appeals to facilitate a streamlined process for determining good cause as it relates to actions associated with appeals.
Sections 11, Appeals Procedure, and 12, Determination of Good Cause, are proposed to be amended to implement a process that conforms to federal requirements and allows the Division of Unemployment Insurance to better meet the performance measures, provide more efficient service to our customers and eliminate red tape, and process appeals in a timely manner. |
