| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to modify the standards necessary for licensure by endorsement for real estate appraisers. And, pursuant to Senate Bill 14-063, the Division completed a review of the administrative rules for the Board of Real Estate Appraisers. |
