| Description of Subjects/Issues |
In 2013, Section 11-105-602(3)(a), C.R.S., was amended to remove a restriction on establishing de novo branches in Colorado. Additionally, the Industrial Bank statutes, Sections 11-22-101 to 11-22-706, C.R.S., were repealed. Rule CB101.54 Branching Practices is being amended to reflect these changes to the statutes. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amend CB101.54(A)(1) only to remove "industrial bank" and revise requirements to establish a de novo branch to reflect amendments made to Section 11-105-602(3)(a), C.R.S. All other existing rule text remains unchanged. |
