| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Modification of Chapter P-1 - Parks and Outdoor Recreation Lands in accordance with Chapter W-9 - Wildlife Properties. Regulations changes include changing the management of San Luis State Park by incorporating the property into San Luis Lake SWA, and charging a $36 annual access permit at San Luis Lake SWA (in lieu of a park pass or camping fee) to pay for amenities. Holders of current hunting or fishing licenses will not be required to have an access permit. |
