The purpose of this promulgation is to address and amend the rule based on OLLS concerns regarding the current status. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to establish the licensing requirements and enforcement standards for the Emissions Inspection Program, and set out processes for violations, sanctions and administrative hearings. This rule does not apply to the “basic program” as such stations are no longer in operation. |
