| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose is to amend Rule 2.90 to reflect the Board-approved change to the actuarial assumptions set forth in the Rule. The Board is required pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 24-51-101(2) and 24-51-204(5) to specify the factors to be used in actuarial determinations. |
