| Statutory Authority |
The Rules are proposed pursuant to § 22-43.7-106(2)(i)(I) C.R.S., which provides that the Capital
Construction Assistance Board may promulgate rules, in accordance with Article 4 of Title 24,
C.R.S., as are necessary and proper for the administration of the BEST Act. The Board is
directed to establish Public School Facility Construction Guidelines in rule pursuant to §22-43.7-
107(1)(a), C.R.S. |
