| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These rules are promulgated in order to carry out the powers and duties of the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations, Department of Regulatory Agencies (“Director”) pursuant to Article 15.5 of Title 12, C.R.S., for the purpose of licensure or registration of fantasy contest operators. |
