These rule amendments to Rule 12 - Licensure by Endorsement, clarify post-degree experience requirements for Licensed Clinical Social Worker endorsement applicants. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These Rules were promulgated in order to carry out the powers and duties of the Colorado State Board of Social Work Examiners, pursuant to C.R.S. § 12-43-402. These Rules affect every person seeking Colorado licensure as a licensed clinical social worker that is already licensed in another state, and who is not statutorily exempted. |
