Pursuant to Senate Bill 14-063, the Division initiated a complete review of the administrative rules for the Board of Real Estate Appraisers. The purpose of this rule is to modify or repeal the requirements necessary for licensure as a real estate appraiser as set forth in Chapter 2. |
