| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Section 7.0 of these rules was amended to incorporate statutory changes made by H.B. 16-1222 related to certification amendments.
In response to changes made by H.B. 16-1222 and a review by the Office of Legislative Services, minor revisions have been made to Sections 2.01, 7.01, and 7.02 of 1 CCR 301-71 Rules for the Administration, Certification and Oversight of Colorado Online Programs. These changes mirror the statutory amendments related to amending existing certifications for multi-district online schools contained in H.B. 16-1222. |
