| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To amend Commission rules governing electric low income assistance programs, Rule 3412 of the Commission’s Rules Regulating Electric Utilities, 4 723-3; to eliminate outdated sections, consolidate and clarify sections, specify data elements to be provided to the Commission in future annual reports, and provide clarification for the operation of the low income programs.
(In the same Proceeding 16R-0607EG, the Commission is proposing to amend the rules governing gas low income assistance programs, Rule 4412 of the Rules Regulating Gas Utilities and Pipeline Operators, 4 CCR 723-4, which will be noticed by the Secretary of State with Tracking Number 2016-00387.) |

The adopted rules became final December 20, 2016 after no exceptions and no applications for rehearing, reargument, or reconsideration were filed on the Recommended Decision of the Administrative Law Judge adopting rules. This rulemaking on the Commission's Electric Low-Income Assistance Programs, with Tracking Number 201600386, is consolidated with the Commission's rulemaking on its Gas Low-Income Assistance Programs, with Tracking Number 2016-00387. |
