| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Rules of general applicability; licensing and financial interest rules including changes required by SB16-040, rules for licensed premises; medical marijuana centers, cultivators, and product sales, manufacturing, and safety including edibles change pursuant to HB16-1436; rules for medical marijuana testing facilities and testing requirements; advertising rules pursuant to HB16-1363, rules regarding the transportation and storage of medical marijuana including those required by HB16-1211, business records and reporting, administrative process; rules regarding medical marijuana business operators, and any other rules necessary to implement the Medical Code. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these rules is to regulate the licensing and assessment of qualification for medical marijuana businesses, employees, and other associated persons, as well as the cultivation, manufacture, transport, testing, sale and related activities of Medical Marijuana in the State of Colorado. Additionally, each individual rule contained herein includes a statement of basis and purpose. |
