| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed rule changes effect rules 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. The proposal corrects grammar, spelling and formatting errors as well as rewriting some sections for clarity. The proposed rule will also address documents required to be attached to final admissions, scheduling for prehearing conferences and choice of advisement procedures for settlements. Finally, the proposal introduces new language to reflect changes to statute in rules 8 (change of physician) and 5 (safety rule violations). |
